Default Have a ? about sensored esc settings

I just switched all my kits over to sensored motors and I use the MMP in all of them. Should I set the esc to smart sense or sensored only? I won;t be running boost or anything like that untill I understand what it all does. Any other advice is appreciated. Thanks

If you are not ramping then run smart sense.. My understanding is smart sense starts in sensor mode then switches to sensorless for more efficiency and less heat. Someone can correct me if I'm wrong here. In theory you get the best of both worlds.
