Default Switching from sensorless to sensored? Re-adjust?

So I've been using the MMP/4600 combo and really like it, but wanted to tone down a little and try the Novak 10.5 I traded for. I installed it today and took it down to the track. This thing was a SLUG! Do I need to use the Castle Link to re-adjust before I use it again or is the motor a dud?

Any help is appreciated!
