Default Cleaning Your Radio

Wanted to know if anyone here knew of any cleaning products that are safe to use on radio's to remove residue? Removed the wrap off of my radio and while most of it came off pretty clean there is still some stuff I'd like removed. Thanks

Surprisingly one of the few useful things that can be done with WD-40 is clean sticky stuff off...
Spray it on a rag, not the radio.

WD-40 is neither a peniterant nor a lubricant.
