Hope can help you.
Thanks very much for the info!

Hi all, I'm new to the 3PKS and just have a quick question... I've seen some radios, particularly in the US markets, with MAGNUM on both the box and the transmitter, whereas here in AUS they read MEGATECH. What's the difference between the two if any?

Sorry if this has been asked before.

Daniel

I've been trying everything I can think of 2-3 times just to make sure I did it correctly. Not seeing much change though.

I use the Novak GTB, Spektrum module and RXs. I guess I'm finally getting to the point where I'm doing well enough to take advantage of the radio adjustments but this brake epa is stumping me and friends. LOL.

remember the issues i was having with my older black model Air.....boiled down to the Throttle pot inside the radio going bad.....once i got a new Super the problem disappeared....how old is your current radio.?

ive been tempted to buy a spare body and send in my main radio this winter for service as you know they do want them back every year or so for maintenance but have yet to get around to it.

what are you trying to accomplish here? I'm really not sure.

You can program button 3 to do 100% epa for steering, I tried to get it to do it for throttle and it just doesn't have the option for it.

Default ATL (braking only?, and exponential settings.

Hi all! Just a few questions, if I may?

1. Why is ATL available for braking only? Sometimes, when just running tests/adjusting settings on my trucks, it would be nice to quickley and easily lower the maximum throttle available, for safetys sake more than anything else! Do any other people relate to this? I suppose I could set throttle EPA on one of the quick select functions, I just wondered if throttle limit could be adjusted on-the-fly as it were (like steering dual-rate)....? I never really adjust the braking ATL...

2. May I ask what kind of exponential settings people use (both throttle and steering) on their models? Just a rough idea, to give me some ideas really! I currently run 3 models: Losi LST XXL, HPI Savage SS, and a Losi Desert Truck (OK, that belongs to my son! ), so not exactly cutting edge handling, but some ideas of how others run their exponential settings would be greatly appreciated!

As always, many thanks, in advance.
Steve.

I just pull the trigger less

I use ATL to ADD brakes during a race if they fade, in nitro. I start it at 90 so I can always turn it up.

probably said before somewhere in here but...

does the wheel angle plate for the 4pk work with the 3pk? Direct fit? Or is there one specifically for the 3?

Thanks for saving me the long search.

Default 3pk wheel drop down

The 3pk adapter will not work on the 4pk nor the other way around.
However both are availible from futaba for next to nothing. ( I think it was like 9 dollars. for the 3pk)
