I don't know if the broken terminal could be safely repaired. It would certainly take a skilled solderer. As for the pack, it is a 2s1p. Even though you see four cells two of them are connected in parallel so it doubles the mah output but the voltage remains that of a 2 cell pack.

I think you mean 2s2p. That would be four cells, double the voltage, and double the capacity. They use four small cells instead of two larger cells.

It should, the damaged trace looks pretty obvious.

Paul from Venom here.

If you have your receipt, or can get a new copy of your receipt from where you purchased it from, we have our 1 year warranty that would replace this pack for free. If it is greater than 1 year, you would receive a discounted pack.

I sent you a PM with my contact info so we can arrange a replacement.

Still, the pack is clearly labelled as a 2S1P configuration pack. How did a 2S2P pack end up in there? To me, that's a bigger problem then a broken terminal.

I agree it's a 2s2p each cell is 3.7volts at 2500mah and a 40c discharge rate It is wired in series and parallel making it 7.4v @ 5000mah with a max discharge rate at 240 amps.

Think you mean 200amps, C rating is unchanged by wiring....

So Venom 2s1p labelled packs are actually 2s2p ?

Does that mean that they actually rate (test) the individual cells for 100 amps (2500mah @ 40c) ?

How would the resistance of 2 x 2500mah cells (in parallel) compare to a single 5000mah cell ?

Cheers
