You can daisy-chain them if you like... at about 3' it becomes a bit too much.

up to 6s you can plug a 2S into a 3,4,5 or 6S, align the black wires....

The main concern is the increased cable resistance, which increases the error in the voltage reading seen by the charger. The cells will be at a slightly higher voltage than read by the charger if much balancing is going on.
Not ideal, but some do use longer wires without issue. Using a little larger wire, and avoiding adding any more connections than necessary, will help avoid problems.

I know Hyperion says to limit the length of their balance leads to 8". Other chargers leads have been mentioned as short as 6".
