There is not another version of the Actinium that is broadly available. When/if there ever is, we will definitely have them right away.

I ran the Actinium in 17.5 and 13.5 at IIC, and this is the first time there where I didn't feel like I was chasing motor trying to keep up with the other guys. I had other issues, but motor certainly wasn't one of them.
I had to brake on the straight (twice) in the middle and again at the end on several occasions in 13.5 because I ran down the guy in front of me. These motors are legit. I wish I could get back all the money I spent on D4's that are now paperweights.

My Actinium 17.5 was very good in 1/12 scale at the IIC as well. I did check the motor with a Motolyser at the event, I was running a rollout of 98mm, and the timing was cranked to the stop.... which the Trinity Motolyser said was 59 or 60 degrees of static timing
Didn't get hot though, I could hold my hand on the motor after the run.

Were you 1/12th guys running the stock 12.3 rotor or the 12.5? Ran mine (from gridworks, thanks for the speedy shipping) for the first time Sunday and it did very well but felt like it needs a 12.5.
