Josh, The new car is going to be a AE TC6.1 Worlds. I had one before and loved it but sold it and wish to god I hadn't. I run 64p in all my cars. The track layout changes every couple races but currently it is a fairly tight technical infield with a long sweeper and straight that take up 2 sides of the track.

Josh we have a 17.5 class but we also have a 21.5 Gt class that is blast to run I like it more then 17.5 class. The class is body sensitive and all the bodies that work are on back order. Chris S. has a NSX and he has been stomping a mudhole in my A$$. I finally got enough motor to run with his Revtech D3 21.5 motor but I tried a HPI Porsche and it Just didn't have the steering on turn in. I put on my Mercedes CLK body and it had steering again those GT bodies are different animal! Did you go to Norcal today?

Josh as Brian stated we do have 17.5 tc class as well. We also have a GT1/modified and novice tc class as well. I do not fancy myself as a top class driver although I have come a long way from when I started almost a year ago. So the 21.5 tc class is the class I like to run in as well as Mini and the new F1 class. The 21.5 class seems to me to be more more fun as Brian stated. I have a HPI Lotus Elise body waiting for the AE when I get it.

I think RSD is carrying them. I'm not certain about his stock levels, but I am pretty sure his inventory is live.

Ran the crap out of my 21.5 today and it blew my mind. I was running a FDR of 3.20 and was fast but needed more so geared it up to 3.14 and the motor dropped from 151 to 138 . Car still had tons of grunt off the corners was faster but still needs a bit more. Mind you I am running max timing too. Thoughts?

Here at NorCal Hobbies we gear the Plutonium between 4.0 and 4.2. The straight is 140'. This is definitely the motor to have in 17.5 Blinky. The V2 is not ROAR legal and is not imported by Team Powers USA/Prime Hobbies. Please be aware that a revision is being done to make the coming V3 motors ROAR legal. The original motors (Plutonium) are ROAR legal. Only the V2 is not due to the new rules regarding 17.5 motors.
If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call NorCal Hobbies and talk to Eric. If will would like to carry this motor please call NorCal Hobbies.
