Are you running boost or blinky mode in 21.5 and how does it compare with other 21.5's

Does anyone know a good starting FDR point for 13.5? I know it depends on the track size and layout. I just need a safe workable FDR range.

Thanks

How do these compare to the d3's in boosted 10.5 and 13.5 tc class?

A good tested and run FDR on a big flowing track with only two technical portions would be 7.2:1 . Run with a HW120 ESC with boost set at 35 deg, and turbo at ramp at 12 and turbo timing at 15. DRRS was set at 3 with start RPM at 8000 and 450 rpm timing.
A more detailed set up tomorrow. Temps for the motor remained at a good 65C to 70 C Degree. Ambient air tempo was 31C in the afternoon with high humidity and about 25C early to late evening with the race running to 10.30pm.
Car was very fast with very good acceleration with out being too aggressive on this low traction surface.

Cheers

Ren

I'll try it this weekend. Yes, it is for blinky tc. Start with 0 motor timing then add depending on temp?

Thanks

THESE MOTORS ARE AWSOME! In the heat of the day at NorCal yesterday my fan quit at some point in the main. The car came off the track in third place and the motor temped at 297!!! We got it apart in the pits and the rotor actual fell out of the can. We put a new rotor in bolted it back together, and got an extra 2,000 RPM out of it.

Just wanted to post up and let everyone know that i've been running a 17.5 plutonium motor in my m05 and m03 and these motors are doing great, haven't had any problems and the speed surpasses my D3 and Revtech that I was previously using.
