Afaik, Novak's Smart stop is the only reasonably priced, true lvc available where it will interrupt the power to warn you about low voltage. LRP has one, but its like $70 (not sure its actually for sale yet).

There are several lv alarm (lva) type options, but if you fail to notice these, the lva will let you go ahead and overdischarge. These usually plug into the lipos balance port and are easier to connect.

eBay has a lot of them and COmmonsense RC offers a few as well.

I ordered the Novak one
If I can't figure out the instructions, I can PM the rep. He's pretty helpful

From how I understand it the Novak LVC has 3 connections. One is connected to the battery to monitor voltage, then the other two connect it in-between the RX and ESC. When it detects cut-off voltage it doesn't actually disconnect the battery connection, but cuts the throttle signal going to the ESC.

Its simple, you shouldn't have any probs. Wires are color coded (blk and red) so there's no quest about what wire goes where. Follow the instructions in making the esc connection, program it and you're set.
