Default Yet another Lipo question

After searching this forum, I am unable to find an answer to the following question. I am wanting to switch the battery in our 3pk's over to lipo batteries. I know that I will need a 11.1v battery. But in the off chance that my son forgets to turn off his Tx, I would also want a lipo that has a built in low voltage cutoff to keep the battery from draining too low. I was able to find a battery from www.muchmoreusa.com (battery number MMRC2037) but that was the only one that I was able to find. I'm sure that there must be more out there with a low voltage cutoff, but who makes them?

I'm using a 3300mah 3S lipo in miy 3PK, but it has no internal cutoff - mine is going on 3yrs old and when I bought it, that wasn't an option.

I haven't seen any other radio lipos advertised with an lvc. LiFe might be an option since its not as sensitive as lipo to low voltage.
