Default How to set failsafe DSS M11.

I lost the suplemental sheet for my DSS M11.
How do I set the failsafe for it?

Currently if I turn off my transmitter the throttle opens wide.
I tried turning off the truck, off the transmitter, holding brake, pushing the bind button and turning on both the truck and transmitter with failure.

Turn both transmitter and receiver on.
Move the trigger to where you would like the failsafe to be set at.
Press the binding button on the receiver down for about 4 seconds. LED should flash slow.
Release the trigger after the binding button on the receiver starts to blink fast.
