What's wrong with LRP'S SPX Stock Spec
I notice a lot of used SPX ESCs showing up on RC forums being sold for a lot less money that what they retailed for. And I have a pretty good idea of how much used stuff go for, but 30-40% of retail?
So, I'll ask, what's wrong with this ESC? I'm about to buy a couple of them and I'd like to know if there are issues with this model.
Any help is appreciated.

Nothing other than they are not able to updated via a computer like the other top brand speedos. Nowadays with how fast brushless technology is changing I wouldn't want a speedo that can't be updated off the computer when new stuff is developed for them. In the long run you save money with a speedo that is updateable. If you don't need that then the LRP would be fine.
I would guess also that LRP has a newer generation speedo in the works that you can update off the computer so that could be another reason for the cheaper than normal price.
