Default Radio/Rx/Servo issue

I was out racing today and had this issue with my throttle servo. When I was running on the track at 1/4 to 1/2 throttle the servo was acting weird. It would go back to center than go back to where I had the throttle pulled on the remote. When I went to full throttle it would be fine. It wouldn't do it when the engine was off. Here is the set up I had: Spektrum DX2 TX, RX & Hitec servos. The rx I just replaced. It is used but only a couple of times. I also had the Ofna fail safe hooked up. So I took off the failsafe and changed the servo. We got rained out so I didn't get a chance to run it. When I got home and ran the fuel out of it was acting up again. The voltage on the TX is at 10.6 also. Any suggestion would be appreciated.
