Well I got to feel this radio at our local track yesterday and I have to say it did not feel good in my hand at all. My issue was mostly with the trigger. The brake trigger is way too narrow which makes it uncomfortable. I suppose that could be fixed with some heat shrink tubing or other wrap but there is also way too big a gap between the brake and the throttle trigger. I don't mean to bash the radio and I still think that it is probably an excellent value for someone on a budget. There are a few kids using this radio in races at our track and they like them a lot and have had no issues with interference. But I'm willing to pay more to get a radio that feels good in my hand.

So fish, what is the point of that post if i might ask? I mean sure you have a right to an opinion and its great to see you use it but it doesnt really add anything to the discussion...
I mean i once used a DX3S off a buddy and me posting in that thread that i used it for a minute or 2 and liked what i saw/felt is basically glorified post count hunting as far as i can work out...

Hey guys, I'm gonna buy the STM8S from mouser.com but I can't find the 4 pin female connector to connect to the board! I would like to run the wires through the handle and out of the battery compartment (like 305). Ideally The 4 pin connector with wire lead is what I want, but I don't know what it's called and I've been looking for it on mouser for hours!! If anyone could help me out or post a link to it it would be much appreciated!

How many people would like a aluminum trigger? ($20 ish)
Keep the 70/30 or would a 50/50 better.
Any recommendations on opening size?

If I were to buy one, I'd go with the 70/30...

Can I get some opinions this radio for kids with their smaller hands? My 7 y/o has a DX3S and it fits him well. My 5 y/o has a Airtronics MX3 which fits her well but I want to get her to 2.4 ghz. Nobody at my local track has this radio so I have not seen on live. Anybody have kids that run this radio? Does it feel big on them? I 'd get another DX3S but its little pricey at the moment for me.
Thanks

Im now happy!
I posted earlier in the 150ish page about how this controller glitches this and that. Now I got everything fix and this controller is straight up awesome! No glitches or anything. For the price, im not disappointed at all (anymore).

I bought one of these to try a long time ago, mightve posted about it, but I cant remember.
The overall feel of the radio is a tad cheap(trigger and wheel), but the value is absolutely amazing.
Works perfectly(of course I dont use expo, so I dont have issues with it) and amazing 2.4 that hasnt glitched on my electric or nitro cars.
Its a good backup radio for me, to use on my rc's that I dont race, but like to drive without buying $50-100 recievers.
