Zamrioo, I really don't know that.
I think it depends on the driving style and the track layout, not the setting.
But in most cases, if the tuobo delay time is above 0.4s , I think these two versions are almost the same. Because boost timing is used up or nearly used up.

The hobby wing motors work well with their software and your work is appreciated but this lack of detail is very frustrating
Im sticking with hobby wing the stuff is incredibley reliable A affordable prices

All the best
This is what the motors for approvla look like

Dark blue are 3.5T,4.5T mod all with adjustable timing end bell

Blue are 5.5T,6.5T fixed timing mod

light blue are the 8.5T,10.5T,13.5T,17.5T and 21.5T all with fixed timing

The larger motors are the 1/8th scale 2000kv and 2250kv

please also look at the Hobbywing website for specs .It has alot of information go to 1/10th brushless systems and the motors will be on the bottom of the page .

thank you

regards Angelo

This is the LCD box we are talking about not speedo.
So i got to downgrade from what it has to way back on the hobbyking menu and then install the new menu from sp on it. i bought the lcd box from hobby partz for 17.70 kinda hard to beat that.

That's what I did and it worked fine. Had to try a couple of time as sometimes I got the error in connection halfway through. Also this is how I got SP software back on my Speed passion speedo.

since the HW 1S thread is quiet, might as well ask my question here...

any set-up suggestions running 119mod with a SP 4.0 v2 motor? roll-out? (running 1S). Track is medium/large asphalt track with low/mid traction.

Thanks!
