I've run a 4.0 boosted with stock software no issues, what brand motor are you running?

Trinity d3. I also tried a 3.5 with fully timing retarted for two 6 minute runs. Speed control is rated to run a 3.5 WITH boost in it, so im a little confused. I typically use a 4.0 but had to use a 3.5 after my 4.0 went up.

That rating was given when the boost software wasn't out yet? I think it says to use stock software with mod motors at your own risk?

We are in Australia and have had some succes sending them back to hobbywing direct
if you buddy up with some one else it reduces the costs significantly
we had no issue apart from it being abit slow but the products came back like new
a cost effective tecnique it worked out being about $20 per head

I thought V3 would not available on HK market at least for 2012.

I ran tech at the ROAR region 5 championships held in Brunswick, Ohio, USA over the weekend. Close to 60% of the cars (out of 110) were running Hobbywing 1s ESC's. The rest a mix of Tekin (second most) and LRP (third most). Then a scattered few of Castle, Speed Passion and Black Diamond.
Interesting!!

That's funny because we have an email conversation between us and you dating between 3/10 and 3/23 which involves you typing to us, and us typing back to you. So to say that CRC did not respond to you is 100% false.

And Randy, we have no e mail from you regarding a blown up speed control. Plus you know how to get a hold of me personally, so if you are having an issue with a product, you know that you can always get in touch with me.

Wow...hard to swallow the $37 difference in price between this and the vendors in the US...even worse for the poor UK people...

For warranty stuff does CRC pay shipping both ways?
I'm in Canada and it gets quite expensive shipping to the US. I know Castle covered me for return shipping when I had an issue with one of their esc's...

Thanks in advance!

Dumper says

The last email i got from crc said

"Working on it. Trying to handle some issues with Hobbypartz. Easier if was purchased here. Hang tight...."
That was exactly a month ago. So to say that you do not reply is not really a stretch. If you had followed through then I would not have said that you didnt.
