You may need to adjust your throttle trim as it needs to be in exactly neutral to blink. You will need ro re calibrate the speedo to your handset. Lipo cut off does not work at the moment on 1s, being rectified by hobbywing.

Two correct answers. I have set up close to a dozen 1s units for "Blinky" racing and I advise each racer about the throttle trim and that voltage protection must be set to "off".

Default Programming and sensorless

I have a quick question. I will be running a 60a with a sensorless motor. Does ESC timing advance or turbo function work in this configuration?

What is the future of the Extreme Stock and the 1s 120A speedos once the v3 comes out, will they still be produced and available.

The v3 seems to be a replacement for the 1s speedo, but there will probably be a significant difference in price to the Extreme Stock.

Hello guys, I just built a Xray T3 and installed a xerun v2.1 esc with a 8.5t motor, It came stock with V1.107_110119 installed but it seems to be lacking the goodies and I am looking to use turbo, timing, boost features on the esc. Could someone point be in the right direction towards what is the best firmware for modified class and if there is a guide for the upgrading process it would be very helpful as well.

Oscar.

119 should have boost/turbo.

Default hobbywing 1s esc with speed passion 17.5v3.0

Hi all, looking for some help with settings on my HW 1s esc using a speedpassion 17.5v3 motor.
I run in our onroad stock open boosted class here in Perth Australia and have currently just purchased the speedpassion motor.
below are the settings the current fast club members are using with their speedpassion escs and software and i was hoping someone could tell me how to replicate these with the hobbywing software and settings.
as you can see they have different settings like supercharger boost and supercharger punch.
I would really like to show them the Hobbywing is just as good as the speedpassion

Thanks in advance Dave

Speed Passion software 528

End bell - full retard , black (std timing board)
S411 (2.0 internal) FDR - 4.0
drag brake - 0
low voltage cut off- none
DRRS - 9
brake force - 75%
nuetral range - 6 (narrow)
AMTS timing- MAX
over heat - on
supercharger boost level - 7
RPM Delay - 5000
Full throttle delay - off
supercharger punch - -1

You need to at least tell someone what settings you are currently using

sorry about that

we started with default settings on the ESC, and the motor came off very hot after a 3 min run, we turned the boost down by 3, the turbo was turned down by 4 , and the timing down by 3, the punch was turned to 1, after the next run, the motor was far cooller, but the car had no speed at all, the ESC was running the default software

this is the first time we are useing brushless, and we are worried about damaging the motor/esc
