The only thing about that "full throttle" is that as soon as 0.1s is passed after full throttle is press on the TX, then the Turbo is starting.
Now, it's almost set in a way that Turbo can't start before all the Boost timing is reached.

So his Turbo is not starting before Full Throttle + 0.1s, and only if Boost timing is already used.
Im quite new to all this myself, and have been helped out by a few guys at the track and couldn't be happier as the car is quick, "just not the guy holding the transmitter"

What would you advise I change Fred?

Update again. Did some testing tonight and there was no change. After about 3 mins, the problem would start and not stop. I tried disabling the voltage detection and over heat detection. Didn't do anything.

Cobra, is there anything else i can try? If not, I'm sending it in for an RMA and switching to tekin.

If your battery or batterys have a massive voltage drop /dump doesnt matter the voltage cut off being off ill not help your issue.

what batterys are you running as it seems to me a energy issue especially after 3-4 minutes of run time the esc or the software is not going to cause the proble you are having .

I dont think the battery is the issue. Remember that this problem was occuring in the same manner with some different parts. Battery played no part in it at that point.

Also, like I said, I've tested 3 different batteries. Gens Ace 5000mah 40c, Turnigy 6000mah 65c, and an Orion 50c battery. All the same problem.

There's one common factor here: the ESC. I'm already in the process of hooking up my Tekin. I'm sending that one in for repairs.

Does turbo only come in after the boost is used?
On the Extreme Stock dependent on the software version, turbo can come in before the boost is used.

And here is the 60a w/ a tekin 17.5 running unsensored. With more drag (i.e. connected to the tranny) it's more noticeable. Then when the car is on the track it's really noticeable.

each video demonstrates starting the throttle just above zero and there is no delay to full throttle. they each demo going from zero throttle to full throttle where there is delay.
I hope someone has offered to help you with this problem it seems this may be fixed by adjusting the expo on your throttle ? have you ever tried that?

Hello! I have an Ez-Run 150a esc, and a Hobbywing 4074SL motor. Running on 4s, the motor gets *hot* after about 15 minutes flat out. I've measured 180 degrees, and I'm sure it's been even hotter than that.

If I lower the timing (default is 15 I think), will that reduce the heat? I'd try it myself to see, but it's raining, lol. Thanks for any help!

Hi, has anyone had their v2.1 120a esc repaired before? I suspect that I,ve blown a output transistor. The bec still works & I can still change settings & change firmware. It just wont drive the motor any more. This happened after a crash, in which one of the motor leads came off & an Alloy wheel got wedged on top of the motor connections! I'm hoping it can be repaired at a reasonable cost??? Or is it scrap???

Hi Guys
I have received a fair few emails about the v3 not connecting with the pc and the programming lcd box and found that all were connecting through the rx port and not the programming port which is also a spare motor fan output.

The programming port for the v3 is differen to the rx port we no longer program the new products like the sct pro and he v3 via the rx port but its own programming port labelled PRG/FAN

please read the manual guys that's What i'ts there for .

thank you for your time
