For running Stock software the absolute limit is 8.5T, however we over here advise no lower than 10.5T, just to be on the safe side, If you were to roll it back to 205G etc then theoretically, it should act the same as the XERUN 60A and run 5.5 as a bottom limit. DO NOT TRY LOWER THAN 8.5T WITH STOCK SOFTWARE !!!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

Default Spec class

I am sure this has been covered. Sorry to ask again. My local track is running a spec class No boost or Timing with 21.5, silvercan blackcan 4.0 FDR. My two questions are with the new software is there a non-boost selection or do I choose stock and turn off the boost timing? How to I prove this option has been selected ie blinking lights?

Thanks

You plug it in your pc with the lcd card, and you upgrade to 508_notiming software on your esc. Then it should blink at neutral?

Has a plethora of firmwares, old and new.

Just read the whole post

I always run the X12 with 4 dots insert ****, this gives the minimum end bell timing, so the ESC can do the rest.
Check lrp.cc (and then there forum) for question about the X12.

The best way to run a LRP X12 is with 2 dot because the motors generate less heat. The motors don't like to run in a retarded position. I got this info from a team driver. If you want to see the difference then run a conservative setting on the speedo with the 4 dot in, then switch to the 2 dot and see which ran cooler. I know it will be the 2 dot.
