Default Help identify these servo "gizmos"...

I would like help identifying these servo 'gizmos'. There is one servo
plug powering 2 analog servos and 1 of these things is in each lead...

Phone wire crimps... but the small ones.
The larger ones are 3M #UR2. http://multimedia.3m.com/mws/mediawe...6EVs6E666666--

Thoes don't look like 3M ones though.

So it looks like the previous owner of the servos decided to split
the wires this way instead of using a "Y" connector? These gizmos
don't "do anything"???
