OK so when I first ran it the fan was semi quite, now when I was practicing the other day I was going hard for about 15 minutes and now it is loud as hell, and seems to be spinning faster and harder. Whats the deal with that?

Same thing happen to mine - people told me that's what they do. I run XeRun 120 now, with the fan running if only makes 1/2 the sound.

My LRP TC Spec has the same prob. My fan pops out and hit the 4 screws making rattling sound. I just switch off the ESC press it in using my thumb. It works but after few weeks the same happens....

But if you want to replace the fan you need to dismantle the entire ESC & solder. This is kinda tedious work... I plan to do so if the prob quite persistance.. as of now all OK with the ori fan.
