I have a Triton 2 EQ and is very nice, I like it, but I need another one, charging one bat at a time is not enough.

Just saw this is coming out, don't know about the price but it looks nice and AC/DC

IMAX Quattro B6 Multi Charger

At last, a charger where you can charge 4 Battery packs at the same time no matter what battery type you may have.

High Power & High Performance Circuit

Quattro B6 employs the circuit that has maximum output power of 200W. As a result it can charge or discharge 27 cells of NiCd/NiMH and 8 series of Lithium Batteries with maximum current of 7.0A. Furthermore the cooling system is so efficient that can hold such a power without any trouble of running the CPU or the operating program.

High Performance Micro Processor
iMax Quattro B6 Pro Charger & Balancer is a rapid charger with a high performance microprocessor.

Individual Voltage Balancer
Quattro B6 has an individual-cell-voltage balancer inside. This does not require any extra balancer when charging Lithium batteries (Lilo/LiPo-LiFe) for cell voltage balancing.

Triton 2 EQ is $199 and charges up to 8A and 6S. Has built in balancer and I really like the dial. If you want to charge two packs at the same time you could build a series charge/balance harness.

I recommend either the Hyperion 720i or one of the iCharger units. The iCharger ones are also sold under the Protek label at Amain. Hit the battery forum at rcgroups.com for all the info you'll ever want to know about chargers, cheap high voltage power supplies, parallel charging, etc./

But I would like a charger that maybe has a built in pwr supply to convert it. Because I probably will do most charging using 110. I also don't want to be waiting all day to charge packs too!! But still want to be able to use my vehicle when needed. I also would like to do 2 batteries at once if possible. Maybe somebody is making some adapters to do two batteries with the 720i?? not particular to any brand. I just want a decent charger that will last awhile. My LHS has the 720I for like 159 I think then it is another 80 bucks for the power supply. seems like a decent deal.. Also heard a few good things about the turnigy chargers, maybe one big order. batteries and charger. Any reccomendations you guys would like to share would be greatly appreciated.

The guy is looking for a charger to charge 4s lipo batterys. The MRC 959 doesn't charge lipo's.
I've been using a astro flight 109. Charges 1-9 cell lipo at 8 amp max.

I use the Icharger 106B. I have only been using this charger for a week. Previously I was using a Thunder t6 and a Thunder power 610c. I felt the need to upgrace because the two chargers I had were lacking a few features that the higher end chargers had. Specifically, I wanted to be able to custom set my end voltage when charging and discharging.

So I am going to suggest this charger. It seems to have all the good features the higher end chargers have at a lower price.

Great. No complaints here. Does everything I need it to. I don't think it can be beat for the price.

I use the TC-1030 from Team Checkpoint, couldn't ask for a better charger minus the price. Charges 1-4s and max is 10amps. I use their power supply also which has a 25a rating and plugins for two chargers.

As mentioned most of the 1/8th scale guy use two chargers if not more. One guy at our track uses 4, since higher capacity lipos take forever to charge.

Two input power choices. DC jack with auto-resetting fuse (maximum input current 7A) and butt-welded alligator clips with 4mm bullet connectors (25A).The output power can be adjusted to align with the available input power, thus preventing input current overload and protecting the DC source.

But it doesn't come with a DC jack. You have to get that separately.

I have 2 duratrax ice's but the buttons have stopped working on them both. It's the back button in particular, but a friend has the trinity i balance and i was considering picking up one or more of them. They seem to do it all plus you don't need a seperate power supply.

The I Balance is supposed to be a re-badged Imax B6 AC which costs far less than the Trinity.

http://www.hobbycity.com/hobbycity/s...idProduct=6478

Go over to rcgroups and research these two in their battery/charger thread or do a few google searches.

They are only 50watt chargers and work fine within their power limitations. Yoiur ICE had more output power.
