We actually shipped his motor back a day earlier than I mentioned above, Wed instead of Thurs---5 shop days.

Let's see. Who do I believe? Someone slandering a company who seems to be:
1) completely wrong
2) on a vengeance
3) expects the world
or
1) a company that is universally praised for good service.
I for one believe novak 100%. You know why? Because if novak was wrong and simply said---- sorry about the mixup, our bad, everyone would accept that and this thread would die. And it wouldn't look bad for novak because everyone makes mistakes. Instead they are explaining their side in a perfectly rational way, without calling anyone a lier, or spewing venom. I wonder who is right???
And I am not even mentioning the fact that in my opinion almost all motor failures (unless they failed on the first run) are the fault of the user, but hey, no body is ever wrong.

I'm not going to take any sides here but there "no repairing" claim is NOT true.
EVERY SINGLE motor I have ever gotten as a "replacement" was in fact refurbished. That is not a "new" one IMO. Because of this and other things I went into a program and have now been Novak-Free for over a year now!
Anyway, instead of bashing Novak, let's give a shout to TEKIN for being the best R/C company in existence for CS, products, support, etc!!!
EVERY SINGLE motor I have ever gotten as a "replacement" was in fact refurbished. That is not a "new" one IMO. Because of this and other things I went into a program and have now been Novak-Free for over a year now!
Anyway, instead of bashing Novak, let's give a shout to TEKIN for being the best R/C company in existence for CS, products, support, etc!!!

Our factory remanufactured items are not "repaired"---they are completely disassembled, cleaned and rebuilt, re-timed and are rotated through all of the same factory QC steps as our brand new motors.
They all have new sensor boards and rotors, in addition to anything else that may need to be replaced. Sometimes, the only thing that remains from the returned motor is the outside casing parts. We offer our new warranty for all factory reman items we sell.
Maintaining our comprehensive Service Option programs allows us to replace items quickly and maintain our 5-7 shop day turn-around time.

I'm going to start bashing RCTECH for not deleting this thread earlier. I wasted my time reading over 2 pages of "opinions" about a couple companies. I can get that anywhere. And also, if you have something important to post on here, please do it in a understandable manner. I couldn't understand half of what the accuser said.
RCTECH- I want 5 minutes added to my life to replace the time I wasted here or I will find a different awesome site.
