Default Orion clubman charger question

I bought a Orion clubman lipo edition to charge the lipos I'm getting. But I got it to find out it is DC only. It just has a black and red cable with artachments for the alligator clips. My question is is there anyway to get a converter or something that will allow me to plug it into the wall? It would be so much easier to me.
Thanks

A cheap power supply is your best option. I think the clubman is limit to a max of 5 amps so IMO anything with 8-10 amps would work fine. A 5 amp power supply probly won't get you the full 5 amp output of the charger.

I would have to look around but I think you can find a 10 amp PS for around $20-$30 but I can't be positive....$40 seems to be the minimum..

One option....

DC charger require a power supply and once you have one, it works by just plugging it into the wall (unless you want to use a auto battery). The powere supply is a converter, converting AC power into DC power.

Here's another option from Ofna, a 10amp supply -

Thanks, I got a power supply and did the first charge with some lipo turnigy 5000 mAh batterys, one 2 cell and one 3. But after the charge it said the mAh only got up to about 2300 on both batterys. Anyone know why this would be?
Thanks

Lipos are partially charged by manufacturer when they are new so this is not unusual. I assume you didn't run them 1st before charging?

Even if you run your lipos down to the LVC (which I don't recommend doing all the time) when you charge them they are not going to take the full rated mah capacity. There will always be some left in the pack at cut off.

Quick question: Do these new chargers have a balance port? I am planning on purchasing 2 of these for 1s lipos (12th scale, WGT) but would like to have the option to charge some of my 3s and 4s for Electric 1/8th scale. Thanks for your time.

Yes, it has a balance port and includes "balancing cables and balance port adapter". Its prob one specific type balance cable, but thats just a guess.
