Default GTB Problems

I am having issues with 2 of my GTBs, and am looking for some direction from the Novak gurus that lurk here....have been troubleshooting for an hour or so, but am unable to see where the problem may be.

Both systems were working fine 2 months ago when the carpet season wrapped up, but when transplanted in the off-road chassis', I am unable to reprogram the ESC's using the one touch method.

I have checked all the harnesses, looked for any broken wires, tested the receiver with a battery pack and spare servo on the throttle channel, switched receivers, and modules, but still no luck. As`well, I ensured the proper wire sequence for the ESC to Rx harness (white-signal, black-ground, red-positive), and re-bound the Spektrum Rx, and Tx.

Here is the equipment in use:
JR Z-1 with a Spektm module
3500 Spektrum micro receiver
Novak GTBs
B44 - Novak 10.5
T4 - Novak 5.5r

So, after all that, here is the dilemma.

When I try to program the ESC, I am unable to advance the programming past the full throttle trigger pull...the red LED does not go to green.

I do have full access to programming the ESC parameters manually ansd the steering channel is working. On the ESC, i get a solid red, and a solid green LED.

Any help would be appreciated.
