DX3S Alternate RPM sensor location?
Hey guys!
I am having a hell of a time getting my RPM sensor to pick anything up. The problem is, my flywheel is a small aluminum one. The sticker is too large and the mounting plate causes the sensor to hang past the edge of the flywheel about 2mm. I sacrificed another sticker and made it smaller but still, no results.
I am using the black sticker for the highly reflective flywheel like the manual suggests and even tried one of the silver with nothing good coming out of that.
Can i use one of the rectangular stickers and put it on my center driveshaft?? There is a perfect mounting position for that but would it work and would it be accurate??
