4PK and 3PK from Futaba are two more that meet your criteria. Also look at the M11 from Airtronics. The whole head on that flips around for you south paws.

10min for me! it was my first time. its a cake walk tho. i actually switched my buttons to the left side even though im right handed. i found myself accidentally clicking trims in the stock config. PS everyone i love the big grip for the dx3r
