I've had no problems at all with mine, charges and balances as advertised, even the USB link works just fine.

I only have the DC version, but the AC/DC is identical, just comes with an external power supply which is worth it if you don't already have one.

Comes with every connector under the sun you'll ever need, with the exception of balancing the Orion/Intellect/Trakpower packs, but you can easily buy or make your own harness.

I like mine. I charge all these packs with it: 2s 28C SMC lipo, 2s 300mah receiver pack, 1s SMC lipo, 2s 25c Orion, and my NiMh in my radio.
