Are you running 2.4 or AM or FM system? Are you using a radio that has a fail safe built in?

If you're running something thats susceptible to glitches or interference, I'd get a failsafe and a throttle return spring or o'ring. Failsafe won't help if batts get tossed out or disconnected in a crash.
