Does this have a lipo cutoff?

Does the LRP A.I. Motor/ESC 9.5 combo have a lipo shutoff? I could not find it anywhere if the ESC had a lipo shutoff or not...which is depressing and angering. Their website and hobby retailers list that it has a "Multi-protection-system", but does this include a lipo shutoff?

Also, the ESC supports "brushed and brushless" as well as "forward/brake/reverse". I have had many people tell me that there is no brake with the LRP combos, is this true against the specs?
