Default Servo - Glitches under load

I have a Futaba servo, and when you put it under load it glitches, just randomly goes in different directions and just generally misbehaves, then it returns to centre like nothing was wrong.

Any ideas? It's not a new servo but I bought it second hand and it's done it since I got it.

Cheers

Ashley
