I was wondering since the dx3s has telemetry can it also monitor the voltage of a 4s battery used in the E8
This would be a good and safe feature for E8 users and would make it easier for us to race longer mains since we can monitor the voltage of the pack
Can it also monitor the temp of the motor and esc at the same time

As it comes out of the box, no, you cannot monitor the LiPo voltage of the main battery pack. Check the video below for what you have to do in that situation:
