4pk fasst servo question

Just bought a 4PK and after reading the manual I am wondering about the high speed setting. The manual says high speed is for Futaba digital servos only. My question is can I use this setting with my airtronics and JR digital servos.

HRS mode works fine with any DIGITAL servo

What ever you do, dont use it with an analog they fry up in a few seconds.....i may have done that once or twice
