Default Integy 16x9V6 Problems and Lipo

I have an integy 16x9v6 that I got used and it has never really charged that well. I am not so sure but I have always been told it reads low when charging batteries but that seems weird to me....It also makes my batteries get super hot even when charging NiMH matched packs at 3-4 amps? Can this charger charge lipos as well? Judging by how it charges normal packs I am worried about lipo....

Don't think it will do lipo - the 1st pg of the manual says NiCd and NiMH. Seven page manual located here - about halfway down list.

I've no experieince with your charger, but if its getting you NiMHs hotter than you can hold, its damaging them. They shouldn't be peaking at more than 130-135F. Mine peak in upper 120s, low 130s charging at 5a (4000mah and 4400mah pacs).
