Default 2.4 G spektrum spread question...

Does anyone know if these receivers/transmitters are cross platform? meaning..... will they work with other manufacturers? Example: Futaba 3PK w FASST module compatible with an Airtronics 2.4GHz receiver? Was wondering if you can actually cross Manufacturer link them?

Exactly correct. All of the different brands use different technologies to arrive at their end product. So the way one system skips through frequencies won't be the same as the next system. And their binding procedure is different as well.
