I have it (Sanwa). works flawlessly, cannot tell the difference between this and my previous Spektrum Pro setup. nice thing is that it has cool blue leds!!!

i have spektrum pro and my friend has the airtronics both in the m11 and i cant tell a difference other then blue leds and harder to find recievers. Although between normal spektrum and spektrum pro i could definitly tell a difference. also i dont think you can do the spektrum mod with the airtronics module.

actually i use a v8.1 and a v7.1 something i should be aware of ???
the LRP BEC circuits are known to be little weak and on 4 and 5 cell applications they might lead to a spektrum receiver shutdown due low voltage. Spektrum receivers are also known by this issue. But's that's it, not big deal if you're running 6cell... that's why spektrum sells the Voltage Protector SPM1600 Voltage Protector.
