Yeah I was worried about that. Luckily we got some wind on Sunday to dry it out a little. I wish I could make it there during the week to help but unfortunately the whole work and traffic thing gets in the way! Not to mention I'm already over an hour away... good luck this week with track maintenance and I hope to see everyone there this weekend for the warm up race! I'll be there! I'm so ready for outdoor again.

Afternoon all, i will be making a trip down from delaware I see rain in the forecast for Friday. is there anyone who could tell me if the race is on for Saturday thanks I would appreciate it

No way to really know. I checked the weather and it seems the snow/rain should stop by about noon. I'm hoping it will have time to dry by 2mrw evening. Saturday is suppose to be in the 60's! So fingers crossed! Hopefully Russ or Dwayne can let us know by 2mrw evening. Follow Awesome RC on Facebook too if not already.

What classes do you normally run at the weekly races. I'm looking to come out to a few.

Hey man, Normally you will always see 1/8th Buggy and Truggy in both electric and nitro versions. 4x4 SCT is hit or miss. However, classes outside of those. If they can get enough to form a class. usually 3, he will run them.

2 wheel SCT was really hot indoors this year, but it's hard to say if that trend will follow in outdoors...

So I've been watching the weather all week and it was suppose to be nice this weekend. Now the weather is calling for rain and snow Friday and Saturday? Is this a joke or something?? Of course Sunday is suppose to be nice and sunny.. go figure... being that it is just a" warm up" race could we move it to Sunday if need be? I would be more than happy to work on the track Saturday if that's what it takes to get it ready in that case.

Dwayne posted on Facebook that the race is canceled on Saturday. I was pushing for trying to get the race moved to Sunday because it's only a warm up race so who cares.. plus the weather is going to be great. But I haven't heard any update on that request.
