Unfortunately this answers the question man. I knew that this would be coming to an end soon. Dwayne made it official today. He's closing Awesome RC down. Last day is May 30th. He is only one weekends from here on out. Sad day for northern Va 1/8 scale racers...

What are our other options? I live in Waldorf. I know about RC Pro, Tiltyard and LCRC. Is there any indoor tracks that run 8th scale within 2 hours of me?

I had an ebuggy in my shopping cart just about to buy it. I guess now I'll hold off.

As far as 1/8th outdoor there is also G's rc raceway. That's 2 hours for me and I live in Fairfax. It's in Pa. There is also McCullough's and mushroom bowl. Let hope that Adrenaline Rc raceway can get started in Winchester Va. He owns the land and has the spot cleared for the track. Last I heard is he needs dirt. Other than that there is also 1/10 scale indoors. The Track (Mimi's) tina's trains in northern MD. I've seen good pictures of that. Its an outdoor 1/10 scale track that looks like it could accommodate an 1/8scale. Maybe she would be interested in racing a super light ebuggy class. There is also Bumps and Jumps in Pa which is an awesome indoor 1/10 scale track. That's also about 2 hours from me and I live in fairfax.

Looks like getting an ebuggy would not be a good investment at this point then, lol! This sucks. Somebody buy Awesome!

Dude you're telling me! I run ebuggy and nitro buggy. You should come to Tilt yard next weekend! We'll all be there it's going to be a blast. Homer has built an awesome track for the season opener. I'll be going up Friday to practice all day then we race Saturday
