SC drivers always ask me to only run 8 minutes at my track. Yes some can go 10 minutes, but 8 minutes seems more enjoyable. As far as electric being the bigger class, i'm not sure I totally agree with that. Nitro buggy is just as big.
Why don't you want to help out with the nitro race marshaling? Unfortunately life is not fair and not everyone gets the full snow cone when it comes to marshaling. Whats your name? I'll make sure the nitro racers do not marshal you during practice. See how stupid and selfish that sounds. That's the same vibe I got from your post.
RC racing is like a big family. Everyone "usually" helps everyone, no bloods vs crips here.

Marshalling always seems to be an issue no matter what track you go to. If you dont wan to marshall for the race you are supposed to marshall then dont gripe and complain when your car is stuck and no one gets to you fast enough. This is just a hobby where friends get together and enjoy some friendly competition. If you cant marshall then try to pay one of the others to take your place.

Hey all,
I plan on trying to get to all the races in this series. It will be my first time running a big series since I started racing last August.
It says "ROAR Membership Required". So, I have to become a ROAR member in order to race at these events?
I plan on running e-buggy and e-truggy, looking forward to racing outside, in the sun, when it's warm. I'm over winter....

How come the nitro mains are 30 minutes and the electric mains are only 20 minutes for the Roar Region 2 Offroad 2015 Series? We pay the same money to race we should get the same amount of time on the track. You need to reduce the nitro mains to 20 minutes or do triple A's for the electric. The 4X4 SCT mains need to be 10 minutes not 8. We have no problem making 10 minutes with our 4X4 SCT. Also are the nitro buggy racers gonna marshal the nitro truggy racers and the nitro truggy gonna marshal the nitro buggy? PS same for the electric racers? This is what was done last season. Don't forget that the electric buggy class draws the most racers of any of the other classes.
