We're waiving the $10.00 late fee after the 08/20/2005 cutoff, and instead what we are doing is anyone that signed up by the 08/20/2005 will get 10 raffle tickets, anyone that signs up online by this sunday 08/28/2005 will get 5 raffle tickets and after that 1 raffle ticket (including signups at the event) for the merchandise/gift certifictae giveaways. We currently have merchandise and gift certificates from Associated/LRP, Schumacher, Horizon/Losi & Protoform.

Yea, we thought about that and the fact that it's Labor day weeekend ...the reason we went with that weekend ...that was the same exact weekend (same days for practice/racing in fact) that we were going to have the 1st annual Losi On Road race at our track, they backed out due to to much on their plate, so we applied for the regionals using the same date ..thinking that anyone that was planning on attending the Losi race could now attend the regionals.
Also ...I've had a couple of people asking about the format of the mains, since the flier indicates minimum 20 racers for AAA-mains. We will run AAA-mains for ALL classes regardless of number of signups, if we need to we will allow for time between mains for batteries to charge, etc. As far as qualifiers, if time allows (and it most likely will) we will run 3 qualifiers on Saturday instead of 2 ...in addition to the originally scheduled 1 qualifier on Sunday morning. Qualifying will be by best time.
