NYC RC Entertainment Center 18,000sq ft
I am happy to make it official. New York City will have an RC Entertainment Center in early 2014. 18,000 sq feet of space will have:
ON ROAD CARPET TRACKabout 125'X48';
An OFF ROAD CARPET TRACK about 70'X60';
A ROCK CRAWLING TRACK;
A LARGE HO 4 LANE SLOT TRACK;
INDOOR MICRO FLYING FOR HELICOPTERS, QUAD COPTERS & AIRPLANES;
A FOOD Court with good food.
A LARGE HOBBY SHOP WITH LOTS OF INVENTORY
Many manufacturers are already on board to help make this a huge success. Staffed by experienced modelers in all aspects of the hobby. It will be open 7 days a week. 11 AM to 9 PM most days. Race days will open much earlier and race nights will close later. Hours will vary once we get started.
Thank you to all the people who pushed me to do this. I've been holding back for years. I am going to give it my best effort to make it a FUN place.

That's a good point. When racers come from NYC, do the Jersey tracks offer a discount for the bridge? Does Port Jervis give a travelers discount for the 190 miles round trip? I am not being sarcastic but do they?

Isn't the whole RC game a stress reliever??? Therefore, an automatic discount on your doctors bill, wifey bill, bad habit's bill, etc.....lol....

Yes, they do. IRC, NY and Critters, NJ give great incentives to those crossing bridges and/or tunnels.
