Looks good! Is the dirt track indoor or "outdoor" as the info above says? Pics and video obviously have a ceiling but was just curious if it was a parking garage or something.

It is in a parking garage. Summer time will be great with cover from the sun and rain.

Just got home from the inaugural race - a fun layout, and the setup is very convenient in terms of pitting, etc. Lots of food choices in walking distance. One thing that really impressed me, as an old fart who always struggles with vision, is how brightly and evenly lit the track is - it is a real pleasure to race on in that regard. I know this has been Ron's dream forever, and I 'm happy to see it finally happen for him. He and Steve will only continue to make it an even better facility.

And the very best part - 5 minutes from my house (maybe 4 minutes if I catch a green light at the Franklin Turnpike intersection... )
