Will there be any practice on Saturday before the races start? My son and I will be coming from Mechanicsburg and probably can't make it down for any practice before Saturday. It's approximately a 2 1/2 hour drive and I figure we could make it there by about 8:00 on Sat.

Yes there is practice before the race. Usually the track is prepped by 8 to 8:30. And racing usually gets going around 11 depending on turnout.

What kind of tire wear should I expect? Do your tires normally last you a good month of racing or will you burn through them in a typical day?

Our track is sealed so tire wear is a little less. Typically fronts will last about 3 to 4 weekends for racing and rears a little longer.

the tires wear depend on your setup. this is the last big race of the season and am on my second set in the rear and 4 front set. am a local racer, so am there almost every Saturday.
