Default UK Race Talk

Right,
Colin gave me the privalige tonight of starting this one up
So all us UK racers, lets stop hijacking other peoples threads (j/k) and pose all our questions for Colin and Simon in here, as well as any general chit chat.

Lets rip it up

Just to start off.... Colin, Harry told me today that you build motors, fix motors and then break motors, is this true?

Also Stuart Rand gave me a few tips to try out on getting the car to rotate tonight, will try them out next week, you gonna have the FK05 by then?

EA,

London Heathrow is only 10/15 minutes away, also london gatwick but thats about an hour or so away. im sure if you hunt around you may well get a better deal, it would be real kool if you came over it would really make it interesting having a motor bulider there like we read about at these big U.S meetings like the snow birds and such.

well colin,

glad you got your own thread (about time) need to see you about getting another monster. hope i havent started something to big by saying you will look after eric if he comes over

Hey,

Great to see we have are own thread. I'm sure all of the team will be as helpful as possible, should anyone have any questions to ask

The KO was an event i was also going to try and attend for the first time this year, looks like some extra effort will be made to try and ensure i'm there too

Firstly... forgot to add, for anyone new to the thread

C-S Racing is Colin (MR JOLLY) and Simon (Atlas Copco).
HIH

Anyway, moving on...

Hey Eric,
I'd agree with Berger on that one, Heathrow would probably be the best to go too
And I'm sure you could pick up some cheap last minute tickets, try and convience the wife, it's loverly over here that time of year.... only rains on occasion

I'm certainly thinking about doing the KO too, but given everything else thats happening at the moment with me (finishing Uni, move around loads, job hunting) i can't really plan too far ahead, in case I can't commit to it.

Anyway, Charger probs been sorted. I've post the pulsar sport back to helgar, and have a Comp2 now on order... (i'll sell the pulsar sport as soon as i get the new one back )

So whose doing what in regard to race meetings? I know there a few in for TORC and BRCA's... anything else?

Must dash, gonna be late for where i need to be now.... opps

Hey guys, good to see us brits have got a thread, well done colin.

Im doing 4xbrca stock nats and 4x brca mod nats. Couple of BTCC and of course the KOGP.

Would be cool to know what cars everyone is running this year. Im running a Pro4 and wont be changing, against what some people think (JP).

Cool to get EA down for the KO, would like someone building my motors.

Anyway, anyone ever have any questions feel free to ask!!

Well I've got my TRF415 (i'm not changing either... until the 416 shows it's face ) and a CRC 3.2R...when it arrives

Answering my question about series and stuff,
I'm in for 9 rounds of TORC, and 3 of the BRCA stock Nats. Gonna try and make a few more on the BRCA side, and see if i can get enough rounds in to complete the championship.
