I would be intrested in running 2wd mod and 4wd sc on the off road track only. I don't have any intrest in running on the other tracks. Is it possible to do that or do I have to run all 3?

This "Triple Crown" event is designed to test drivers' skills on three different surfaces. You are certainly welcome to run your trucks on the off-road track only, and you could win the prizes designated for just that surface, but you wouldn't be eligible to win any prizes from the other surfaces or the Triple Crown Bonus.

so am i adding this up correctly?...in order to win the $3000.00, you must win 27 A-mains? That sounds like alot of racing to fit into one weekend!

Well, yes... and no... To win ALL THREE Triple Crown Bonuses, you would have to win the A-Mains on ALL three surfaces in ALL THREE classes. There is a $1,000.00 Bonus for each class. If you win the A-Mains on all three surfaces in the class you entered, then you win the Bonus. If you enter in all three classes and win the A-Mains on all three surfaces for all three classes, then, yes, you would win a Bonus totaling $3,000.00.
It should be mentioned, that if you win the first two A-Mains on a particular surface for the class you entered, then you wouldn't be required to run the last of the three A-Mains on that surface / you have won that surface and you qualify that leg of the Bonus. With this said, you could potentially race in only 6 of the A-Mains (2 per surface) and still win the Bonus for the class (if you win the first two A-Mains on each surface).
And as far as a lot of racing going on, YES, you're right again! We plan to have test/tune/practice going on Friday, 10/12/12 and Qualifying Rounds and Lower Mains on Saturday, 10/13/12 and the A-Mains on Sunday, 10/14/12.
** I hope I didn't muddle the mix any more?

I thought the grand opening weekend at "The Track" would interfere with the entries of this Triple Crown event, but the interest is POURING in! It looks like it's turning out to be a bit more filled up than I expected!
