Charlie can you remember back that far?

How about this, we host the race and Charlie is Race Director?
I've cleared it with the boss.

So if you have the place, when is the time?

What if we put up the trophy and the winning area takes it home. Maybe make this an annual race and the trophy goes to that area till the next year.

Just a thought.

how about Feb. 20th? stock, 19T and mod.

you can have different classes (i.e. sportsman stock, expert stock..) or just LUMP everyone together.

points for whoever gets the most drivers in the A-main for each class. addt. points for TQ.

annual race. YUP. have a large trophy and winning "area" takes it home for a year for bragging rights.

Orginally there was talk of a bet... $50 may ward some people off, but say a challenge race where the racers throw in a hat $10 per racer/ per class,
winnings for each class: $20 for TQ, $10 for 3rd, $20 for 2nd, winner takes the rest (this price breakdown assumes more than 7 people enter the challenge race though...)

OOOOOORRRRRRR

Just have a normal race day with all kinds of Nor/So Cal smack talking going on. Then end the event with a 5 minute race backwards. 10 bucks to run, the winner buys the drinks!

For a location how about Showtime in bakersfield,It's about half way, good track,It's not really anyones home track.I dont think Hesperia is a good location for this race,it's like at least 7 to 8 hours away for the Nor Cal guys. And we all know how much you So. Cal racers like to travel(Heck only 5 of you drove to showtime for the OC series )And you want the Nor. Cal guys to drive 8 hours to race at one of your"home track"..You guys can do better than that..
