Hey guys i want to get feedback from tracks and racers that use or did use the I-LAP TIMING SYSTEM

One of the parking lot tracks in the area here and a "club" type carpet track that i race(d) at use it, as well as a miniz club too. There are offroad tracks using it as well. It uses the same scoring programs that work with AMB. The personal transponders are small and light, and very economical. You can get set up for your track for a little over $800, transponders included. This is a line of sight system, so you do need a bridge, and the transponder has to have a window or hole to transmit.

This is also a product of a USA designer, and based in the USA. Craig is there to help you once you have made a purchase.

Cons: People who have amb stuff will complain (won't want to buy more stuff/ think it doesn't work). Some users will need more help properly mounting the transponder since it can't be obstructed by the body. The bridge does need to be built properly, so the sensors stay oriented towards the track.

These are not any worse problems than AMB has (plenty of people have loop problems, especially temporary tracks).

Thanks for the replies keep them coming,i bought the I-LAP/RC Scoring pro for our track and 40 transponders we should use it next week.

PLEASE KEEP THE FEEDBACK COMING i like all the good feedback we have a few racers that hate the idea AMB GUYS. I HATE what amb did to the hobby there prices just keep going up on no support
