LRCCC's Final Invitational/BBQ; Sept 14-16th
Lakehead Radio Controlled Car Club would like to invite anyone to our Clubs Final invitational Weekend Race September 14th Thru 16th

There will be a BBQ, Drinks, Raffle and More!!!
Plus Great Racing.
We will be doing the Triple 10 min A-Mains as it worked out well last time
Entry fees:
Per member / per class - $15 first entry, $10.00 second entry (or each additional)
Per non-member / per class - $20 first entry, $10.00 second entry (or each additional)

Race Schedule:
Saturday Pre Event September 8th will be track Maintenance Day! We Will have a Machine as well as a packer at the track to get it ready for the invitational.
Thursday September 13th No racing but Final work time where I would like as many of the club members to be there so finalize the layout and do any final work before Friday.
Friday Sept 14th Open Practice with the timing system starting at 6:00pm to 10pm at the latest - I will allow Pre registration on Friday as time permits. You will be required to be at the drivers meeting if you want to Race on Saturday or Sunday.
If anyone cannot make it please come and talk to me as soon as possible. Exemptions can be made for certain conditions!
Saturday Sept 15th
Registration opens at 9:30am, Drivers Meeting 10:00am SHARP! and 3 rounds of Qualification to begin no later than 11am (hope to have everything ready earlier)
- BBQ will be running during the day first serving will start during the first break and continue throughout the day.
- Raffle and 50/50 will be available at the Food Booth as well as Roamers
- Classes Will Start out with
>Sportsman
>1/10 2WD Stock Motors please (17.5/13.5 or 3000-3600kv)
>1/10 4WD
>1/8 Buggy
>1/8 Truggy (we can add Monster Trucks into this class if any show up)
> Also 4 Vehicles of any other type Make up a class. (trophy's for additional classes will have to be made at a later date
Sunday Sept 16th
Track opens at 9:00am Mains to start at 10:30 -11:00am
- BBQ On again as well as selling Raffle tickets Award Ceremony After all the Mains are run and Prizes handed out.
