Thanks,

Ya, just purchased one and it doesn't fit over the TC4 front tower, either. I did, however, cut little (ok, maybe not so little) vent holes into the body to make it fit....

Then I was reminded that the 19th i have family coming in from Italy. Crap. Guess I'll be showing up on Saturday only to enjoy some of the festivities....bummer. Good luck to all attending the racing anyway!!!!!

Tony..if they're coming from Italy on the 19th.. their internal clocks will be all out of whack. so during the day they'll be sleeping. you can sneak out and race anyways!

Andrew... the NSX looks good for the EvoIV..and im assuming it will also fit for the 415. ill confirm and post here.

Question on bodies. Will we be allowed to put larger, touring car type wings on the cars to aid in the handling department? I've only looked at a few of the bodies but they all looked to have undersized (more to scale) wings.

your allowed to run a 200 mm body.. or 190 body .. that means setting up your car for more rear tracksion ... I used a 200 mm body at the toy/lexus race and had no problem with the rear steeping out on me...I should be running my shuie for this race ..shouldnt be a problem ..

Default RCGT Bodies

190 or 200mm, as long as it's an HPI JGTC body. You can mix wings as long as it is not too extreme (race director/organizer discretion), ie. no buggy wings etc. 200mm wings on 190 is ok.

FIT UPDATE:

NSX=will not fit on HPI Pro4 or cars with similar front shock tower height.

I will test MRS tonight.

Thanks,

AH

I was thinking more like Mazda 6 wing on a NSX or a 350Z. Would that be accepted?

Maaaan..... I already placed my order for the NSX last week.
If it doesn't fit my Cuda then I might do what TonyP did.

Default JGTC Bodies

BODY fit update:

I checked the MRS and it fits on the Pro4.
Also checked the Murcielago and 911.
So it is just the NSX that will not fit a Pro 4 or other cars with similar front shock tower heights.
(unless you do the TP mod!)

Thanks,

AH
